INDOTIX.COM is ticketing division under PT Sarana Karunia Sejahtera, a company incorporated in October 2012.

Indotix objective’s is to assist your goal by providing extraordinary ticketing management. Our system is suitable for B2B application service provider for ticketing and box office market. We provide the best possible experience for both the promoter and the buyer.

As promoter, now you can control your own ticketing policy and printing: enable many price discount at the same time you can print your own ticket (we provide the printer and ticket stock).

As buyer, our system is user friendly and interactive seatmap helps you to track available best seats or you can choose your own seats.

Indotix is aiming to be the biggest ticketing management service in Indonesia by providing the best ticketing management, ticketing infrastructure and box office outlets across Indonesia.

What We Do

Ticketing Management

Our one stop ticketing management service, start from event consultation→ event building→ ticket selling→ entry access→ reporting.

Event Consultation: we provide the update venue data with the capacity and layout for planning and making your budget through P&L model. We believe with accuracy data and proper planning to the event can guide you to run the event smoothly.
Event Building: building seatmap in the system including price and category setup, promo plan, ticket layout. Our professional and experienced teams able to build your event and ready to sell only by hours.
Ticket Selling; selling ticket will much easier with online and box office including more than 8,000 offline Alfamart outlets across Indonesia. Promoter/organizer can control ticket agent, who and what to sell. Customer can get ticket directly and we guarantee the rights to attend to the event. We can develop your web to sell online ticket (white label) or open an access to Organizer/Promoter to sell ticket.
Entry Access: our entry access system makes you easy to control how many audience inside and outside in live environment, and you can put portal to make sure audience do not enter the wrong gate. We have many selection of entry access equipment you can choose from moveable turnstile, hand-scanner and mobile scanner.
Reporting: Organizer/Promoter can have access to our system for live environment reporting. Our system can generates hundreds of different reports with different information, such as which marketing action is successful and which period is the best for ticket sale or you can see customer behavior and type of payment method. This helps to plan future strategies for upcoming tournament.
Entry Access & Ticket Printing

Entry Access: our entry access system makes you easy to control how many audience inside and outside in live environment, and you can put portal to make sure audience do not enter the wrong gate. We have many selection of entry access equipment you can choose from moveable turnstile, hand-scanner and mobile scanner.
Ticket Printing: We have thermal printers capable printing up to 5,000 thermal tickets per hour, all your ticket printing needs is just in front of your desk, easy and fast!
Ticketing Agency

Ticketing Agency: We have 5 outlets in Jakarta and Bandung plus online (unlimited ticket boxes) and more than 8,000 Alfamart outlets across Indonesia. Feel free to contact us if you want to sell your tickets using our network.
